3.5 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) richphil Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richphil login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. richphil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. richphil reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your richphil Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. richphil accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
richphil does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency or credit card for gaming purposes, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) business hour for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. richphil reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. richphil will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. richphil complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. richphil reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by richphil are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. richphil reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other conduct that richphil reasonably determines to be an abuse of its promotional offers.
6.4 Modification of Promotions. richphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, richphil will honor the terms applicable at the time of opt-in to the extent reasonably practicable.
7.1 Game Outcomes. All games available on the richphil Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time physical dealing processes. Game outcomes are genuinely random and are not manipulated by richphil.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting a game, richphil reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed during the malfunction. richphil's decision in such matters is final. The principle "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. richphil is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the Player's end. Where a disconnection occurs during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's standard rules and the outcome recorded accordingly.
7.4 Game Rules. Each game available on the richphil Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the richphil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the richphil name, logo, or any other intellectual property of richphil for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from richphil.
10.1 Platform Availability. richphil does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond richphil's reasonable control.
10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, richphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.3 Maximum Liability. richphil's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your richphil Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. richphil shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.

In all other cases, your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the richphil Platform, you agree to first contact richphil customer support to seek an informal resolution. richphil will endeavor to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.4 Regulatory Complaints. If you are not satisfied with richphil's resolution of a dispute, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedures.
richphil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, richphil will provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
